Pranayama for Lockdown with Richard

Here our acupuncturist and yoga teacher Richard demonstrates Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) which can be tremendously beneficial given the current 'lockdown' situation. 

Being in 'Lockdown' can exacerbate a sense of isolation and division from the world around, and Nadi Shodhana stimulates the Pineal gland and upper chakras which in turn increases our faculty of feeling a sense of unity and connection to the world around us! Enjoy.
