Mel Lister

Mel is our general manager here at Moinhos Velhos. Originally from Portsmouth, England, she moved to Portugal in 2007. Mel has been at Moinhos Velhos since 2014. A trained accountant, she initially started with us preparing healthy, vegetarian, vegan and raw food for a wellness retreat. 

She has gained an innate knowledge with all aspects of our programmes and the running of Moinhos Velhos. She also has a vast experience of the emotional and physical process our clients go through and is on hand to support our clients during the programme.  

Mel is your first point of contact when you arrive. She also deals with all aspects of your booking process. As with all our staff she has fasted several times with our groups so knows just how you can feel.
