To confirm your reservation we require a deposit in the amount of €300. The remaining balance is due one week prior to arrival. Please note: Your booking is not registered without receipt of your deposit. Please make payment using one of the methods below.

Check In & Check Out
Please note that check in is between 4 and 7pm on the first day (Saturday) and check out is at 12pm on the final day (which will either be a Saturday or Tuesday depending on whether it's a 7 or 10 day programme). There is also some flexibility with timings where your travel plans necessitate.
Terms and Conditions
Transfer Policy
Transfer 11 days or more before commencement: No fee.
Transfer between 5 days and 10 days of commencement: Loss of €300 deposit.
Transfer 4 days or less of commencement: €500 fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 days or more before programme commencement: €25 fee.
Cancel between 7 and 30 days of commencement: Loss of €300 deposit.
Cancel less then 7 days of commencement: Full programme fee retained - no Refund of deposit or balance.
Retreat Cancellation
If due to unforeseen circumstances the retreat cannot go ahead as scheduled we will inform you as soon as possible. We would recommend you take out travel insurance in case this eventuality arises as we are unable to offer any reimbursements for any travel or accommodation costs.

We regret we are unable to receive anyone under 18yrs of age to any of our retreats.
