Juice Detox, Yoga & Wellness Retreat
The original concept for our juice detox fasts was inspired by the pioneering work of Bernard Jensen, Swami Sivananda, and Dr. Gerson, in the fields of cleansing and detoxification and was further motivated by the healing effects of yoga, meditation, fasting and alternative therapies. Nowadays we have also dovetailed in the latest research to give you the best possible service.
When we first began in 1992 our comprehensive programme for body, mind and spirit was one of the first of its kind and since then we have further developed priceless experience and knowledge supporting people from all over the world.
Different areas of the programme facilitate physical, mental and emotional detoxification and purification which means our programmes are very effective whatever level of your wellbeing you are focused on!
Our programmes are also very attractive to those who simply wish to deepen their knowledge and experience of natural health practices and living in an abundant and positive way - and take that awareness back out into daily life!

Detoxing And Yoga
Our yoga classes are accessible to all - whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi our skilled teachers can guide you through an enriching and relaxing practice that supports your detox.
Yoga is a fundamental part of our programme because the combination of gentle moving, stretching, and twisting together with deep breathing, significantly helps the detox process for body, mind and spirit. The lymph and blood transporting the released toxins are pumped through the body at a faster rate, speeding up the elimination process.
In addition the relaxation brought about by yoga activates the healing and restorative parasympathetic nervous system, so that your body will have the opportunity to clean and heal itself.
And the more you detox, the greater the effects of the yoga practice!
Exercise, Meditation and Relaxation
The evening workshops can include movement sessions and a Sivananda tradition inspired fire ceremony alongside more traditional meditation practices.
These sessions further assist the detoxification process, as blockages and tensions held in the physical, mental, and emotional levels of the body are also released. These practices help you to let go of them and to relax more deeply.
During the day, you can relax, swim, have a therapy session, explore, and walk around the area and even help out in the organic gardens. Once per week we also take a trip to one of the stunning local beaches.
There is a collection of videos and DVDs of related subjects and movies to watch. The sauna is on in the early evening and the hot tub is available all day.
Have some proper relaxed time to yourself in our beautiful grounds deep in nature.
